We have gone paperless!

If you have received your order and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, click on 'ACCOUNT' on our homepage and enter your email address. We will send you a 6-digit code to complete your return online.

We charge a flat rate of £2.99 for return shipping.

Want to reorder a different size? Simply order again through our website.

Our returns policy

You can of course return your items for a refund, providing the products are unused, in the original packaging.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Submit a return request

Click on 'ACCOUNT' on the stores homepage.

1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Damaged Goods
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
